Everything you need to know

How does Shopilot work?
You connect your Shopify store once, then talk to it in plain language from a chat. Shopilot reads your store data and runs actions on your behalf — answering questions, fulfilling and refunding orders, editing products, and sourcing from suppliers — so you never have to dig through the admin.
Which channels does it support today?
Shopilot Chat (in your browser) and Telegram are both live now. Slack and Discord are on the way in Q3. Whichever you pick, it's the same assistant with the same access to your store.
Is it safe to let it make changes?
Yes. Anything destructive or high-impact — bulk deletes, large refunds, supplier swaps — always asks for an explicit confirmation before it runs. You approve, Shopilot executes. Permissions are scoped and your tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke access anytime from your Shopify admin.
Which suppliers can it fulfill through?
CJdropshipping and Printful are supported today, with Printify, Spocket and Shopify Collective coming next. You can search their catalogs from chat, import products in one tap, and orders auto-route with inventory and tracking kept in sync.
How long does setup take?
About four minutes. A one-tap Shopify OAuth login (~30 seconds), pick your channel (~60 seconds), and you're chatting. No migrations, no dashboards, no onboarding call.
When does it launch and how do I get access?
